Post-Covid-19 Reopening Procedures
Envisions Creative Event Production is committed, not only to providing world-class entertainment and memorable décor, but also to an enhanced emphasis on health and safety procedures.
The ensuing sections outline the prescriptive health and safety protocols we have implemented to create a safer environment for our guests and service industry partners. These procedures are based on current guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as direction from leading experts in their respective fields.
Employee Health, Hygiene and Practice Because of COVID-19, we are improving our operating procedures to mitigate the severity of this crisis and other contagious viruses through the following additional precautions:
Our employees will be screened with “no touch” thermometers before clocking in for work.
Face coverings and disposable gloves are now a part of our standard uniform code and must be worn at all times while on-site at event properties.
Our employees are trained to practice proper cough and sneeze etiquette at all times and social-distancing whenever possible.
Our employees are required to wash their hands often with soap and water, or use an approved alcohol-based hand sanitizer, especially after touching high-touch items or surfaces, and before touching their eyes, nose, or mouth.
Our event managers and supervisors are trained to follow sick employee and contact-tracing protocols if an employee is feeling ill while at work.
Sanitizing The Venue All high-touch décor and equipment provided by Envisions Creative Event Production and our contracted independent operators will be thoroughly sanitized. This process commences immediately upon completion of setup, prior to hotel or caterer banquet services and before clients are introduced into the event space. A partial list of these items are as follows:

Contracted Equipment - AV, Sound, Lighting, Arts and Crafts
Dedicated Mic(s) for client presentations. Mics will be sanitized with
disinfectant wipes by designated personnel where multiple speakers are contemplated (designated personnel is TBD during contract negotiations)

Sanitizing Equipment and Disinfectant “Your Safety Matters” is never more real with persistent familiar and emerging viruses. These viruses threaten current norms. Therefore, we have enhanced our safety precautions to help minimize the risk they pose. Envisions Creative Event Production has invested in the latest electrostatic cleanliness technology to be integrated into our protocol whenever feasible to effectively and efficiently sanitize and disinfect high-touch items and surfaces to help limit exposure to these viruses.
The Protexus Sprayer uses an electrostatic charge that allows the droplets to attract to the surface, rather than float in the air (which is typically associated with a standard mister or fogger). This touchless electrostatic spray "wraps around" surfaces & objects in 360 degrees, providing 3x more coverage in the same amount of time than traditional spray bottles, buckets, and rags.
If you have a dog or cat at home think of the amount of hair that seems to always stick to your pants or jackets. That is the effect of static attraction.
