Protocols we are using for fun, safe and healthy live events.
We have implemented prescriptive health and safety protocols to create a safer environment for our guests and service industry partners. These procedures are based on current guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as direction from leading experts in their respective fields.
Employee, Entertainer & Vendor
Heath & Hygiene Practices
Employees are screened with "no touch" thermometers before clocking in and entertainers and vendors are temperature screened before entering the event space.
Face coverings and social distancing whenever possible are now a part of our standard event protocols.
Our entertainers and vendors are required to sign a safety protocol questionnaire within 24 hours of the event.
In-person entertainers will adhere to County, State and CDC social-distancing protocols which required them to perform a minimum of 10' from the audience and 6' from each other.
Mask will be worn when not performing and hand sanitizers will be on hand backstage for use as needed.
All high-touch decor and equipment will be thoroughly sanitized. A partial list of these items are:
Tables Setup comprised of table, chairs, linen, chargers, menus and centerpieces.
Stage and Dance Floor
Contracted Equipment- AV, Sound, Lighting, Arts and Crafts
Dedicated Mic(s) for client presentations. Mics will be sanitized with disinfectant wipes by designated personnel where multiple speakers are contemplated (designated personnel is TBD during contract negotiations) .
